Operator
The Site is operated by Steve Simonson under the Z9GO name (“we,” “us”). Z9GO is a federated affiliate product library / catalog core. It is not a consumer storefront and it does not sell products to the public.
The library, not a shop
Public pages describe the catalog core at a high level. The private operator deck and authenticated library APIs are for allowed operators and machine clients. Storefronts that attach to the library keep their own selection, house names, and shopper-facing sites.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell goods. Purchases, if any, happen on third-party retailers such as Amazon, under those retailers’ terms.
Amazon Associates and affiliate relationships
As an Amazon Associate, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. Other affiliate or partner programs may be used in the same way. Commission relationships do not change the price you pay on the retailer site. Product availability, pricing, and fulfillment are controlled by the retailer, not by Z9GO.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site or library APIs in a way that impairs service or violates law
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload our hosting, security, or advertising infrastructure
- Access operator tools or library APIs without authorization
- Misrepresent affiliation with Z9GO or Steve Simonson
- Use Site content to infringe others’ rights
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, original text, design, logos, and compilation of the Site are owned by Steve Simonson or its licensors. You may link to public pages and share brief quotations with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions without permission. Third-party marks (including Amazon and other networks) remain the property of their owners.
Advertising
The Site may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). Ad content is the responsibility of advertisers and ad networks. Clicking ads may take you to third-party sites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the library are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that catalog data is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve Simonson and Z9GO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on library information.
